Question: How long before going to bed should we stop drinking coffee, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours or 10 hours?

Answer: 4 hours at least. Caffeine is a well known sleep disruptor, making it more difficult to fall asleep and causing you to wake during the night. If you are sensitive to it’s effects, you may want to cut back to mid-day.
