<p><strong>Answer:</strong> 4 hours at least. Caffeine is a well known sleep disruptor, making it more difficult to fall asleep and causing you to wake during the night. If you are sensitive to it&#8217;s effects, you may want to cut back to mid-day.</p>

<p><strong>Answer:</strong> A complete sleep cycle last around 90 minutes and consists of two types of sleep; REM sleep when dreaming occurs and non-REM or deep sleep. We alternate between both types of sleep around five times a night.</p>
