Situated a ½ mile to the south of Newbury town centre & just off of the A343 (Andover Road), The Fairbourne Clinic has developed an extensive reputation for the wide range of holistic therapies it’s provided over the past 20 years.

The clinic benefits from excellent transport links, the A34 is 5 minutes away covering Winchester & Southampton (35min’s), the M4 Junction 13 is 10-15 minutes away (London 1¼ hrs).

Just ½ mile south of Newbury town centre, easily accessible, free parking or a 10 minutes walk from the rail station with bus stop outside.

By Road:

At M4 Junction 13, take the A34 exit to Newbury
At the roundabout, take the exit onto the A34 to Southampton /M3/ Newbury/ Donnington
Keep right at the fork & continue toward A34, then merge onto A34
After approximately 1 mile stay in the left lane and continue towards the A339, then merge left towards Newbury/Thatcham/A4. At the roundabout (Vodafone HQ to your left) take the 2nd exit.
At the Robin Hood roundabout (Fire Station on your right) take the 3rd exit.
At the next roundabout (Police Station) take the 3rd exit passing Sainsbury’s on your left.
At the roundabout (Halfords & Burger King is on your left), take the 3rd exit onto A343/St John's Road
Continue to follow A343, St John’s RC church is on your right as you approach the next roundabout.
Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout & continue along the A343/St John’s Road
Take the first turn left into Wendan Rd and the clinic can be found along here on the left hand side

Parking:

There is ample on-road free parking available in Wendan Road.

By Rail:

If you are coming by train, we are ¾ a mile, about 15 minute walk from the station. London Paddington station is one hour away by train, Waterloo via Reading.

Leave Newbury station via the South platform exit and walk towards the town centre & St Catherines Road. At the bend turn left into Link Road. At the end of the road turn right onto St John’s Road. At the roundabout cross over take the 2nd exit & continue along the A343/St John’s Road. Take the first turn left into Wendan Road and The Fairbourne Clinic can be found a short way along here on the left hand side.
